- Dr Simon Locke started his Leadership Coaching activities in 2004 (and subsequently co-founded LEAD) due to his desire to see people “Living Life Intentionally”, to succeed by growing in their character, strategy and skills and becoming more effective in their area of choice. LEAD is dedicated to the training and development of leadership ability. Through his altruistic work he received an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters.
